Bright aromas and fresh flavors of tart apricot, peaches, and melon with a bright, fruity medium body and a smooth, long lemon curd and white apple finish with no oak. A very crisp, tangy Viognier that will shine at the table.

Roasted Lobster Tail with Ginger Dipping Sauce, Chicken Picatta, or Salmon Tacos with Lemon Aeoli.
