2017 Reflection
Tasting Notes:
The driest of our three chambourcins, Reflection is rich and full-bodied showing good color, full flavor and a smooth finish. Notes of black cherry and plum dance on the palate.
Food Pairing:
Roast Turkey with Dressing, Tuscan Steak with Tomato-Balsamic-Shallot Relish, Manicotti with Roasted Tomato-Garlic Sauce.
