2017 Cabernet Franc Reserve
Tasting Notes:
Garnet color. Roasted, creamy aromas and flavors of ground espresso beans, dark chocolate, black cherry, and a touch of plum with a satiny, lively, fruity medium body and a silky, medium-length finish with moderate oak flavor. An oak-centric red with very appealing coffee-like aromas.
Food Pairing:
Wild Mushroom Risotto; Vegetable Jalfrezi; Indian-Spiced Lamb Chops
