2018 Chardonel Reserve
Tasting Notes:
Bright, creamy and juicy white fruits and citrus flavors marry in this unique white wine. Aged on its lees in neutral French oak barrels give it a nice soft hint of oak on the back end. Chardonel is a late ripening hybrid of Chardonnay and Seval with cold hardiness able to withstand eastern US winters.
Food Pairing:
Soft-Shell Crabs with Lemon Aioli and Sweet Onion; Keralan Chicken Curry; Foie Gras and Chicken Liver Parfait with Apple Chutney and Toasted Brioche
