You can directly log in to your wine club account online. This allows you to shop at your convenience and enjoy all your club discounts. You can also update your account to be sure we have the most accurate information. You are able to change your billing address, your shipping address, and your credit card information.
You can switch your club package from pick up to ship, or ship to pick up, when each quarter’s selections are announced. This is found under the Club Settings button. Please be sure your shipping address (if applicable) is correct. You will be charged for any re-shipping that is necessary.
Watch for our email announcement approximately 3 weeks before club wines are scheduled to be released. This will let you know which wines you will receive, and the cost of the package.
If you have not picked up two quarterly selections, due to limited storage space at the winery we will ship the wines to you at cost billed to your credit card on file. If delivery is not accepted, the wines will be returned to inventory and no refund will be given. Contact us when you receive the email describing the next club package if you need to make special arrangements for us to hold your wine for an extended period
Members agree to purchase a minimum of four quarterly selections. There is a $50 early termination fee if this commitment is not kept. We request 30 days notice in writing if you decide to leave a club. Please email us at info@narmadawinery.com.
